Interstate 10 Interchange at Marietta/Hammond

Project Description

The Marrietta interchange will be closed and a new interchange will be relocated further west at Hammond Boulevard. It will connect Hammond Boulevard on the south to Devoe Street on the north. Work will also be done on Hammond Boulevard between the interstate and U.S. 90. The project is currently scheduled to begin in January 2014 and is estimated to take three years to complete.

Right of way acquisition is on going with contractor bids for construction to be accepted in the summer of 2013.
