Branan Field-Chaffe Expressway (SR 23)
The www.bfcxpress.com Web site provides information on the Branan Field-Chaffee Expressway, a state highway designated State Road 23. It consists of a series of projects with the purpose of providing traffic relief on Blanding Boulevard (SR 21), 103rd Street, Normandy Boulevard, and Chaffee Road and is considered an important planned roadway network for both Clay and Duval Counties in Florida.
